Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team as we expand our reach in selling Tally software solutions. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers while also nurturing existing client relationships to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients in the target market segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Present Tally software solutions to potential clients through product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Tally software solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in software sales or IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Tally software or similar accounting and ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with the accounting and finance industry.
  • Certification in sales or business development.
